Looks like Phil was Right

We're seeing some Spring like weather around here! Thursday it was 74 and all next week we should be in the upper 60's and low 70's. Some of the flowers are starting to wake up again. Mom is in TN on the Women's Retreat. Which means the kitchen has to be clean(especially the sink) at ALL times. It's like Dad waits around for us to come and cook something so he can follow us around until we've cleaned everything up!

The kitchen, living room, and dining room ceilings are going to be scraped and painted. The wallpaper will be scraped in the kitchen and dining room. All three rooms will be painted as well as the hallway upstairs! It's supposed to take about 8 days.

Hey Friends!

We thought it'd be fun to update people every now and then with news and pictures! We TOTALLY needed this blog site a couple of weeks ago when Dad was determined to get the squirrels in the backyard away from the bird feeder. He quietly snuck outside holding a pear and was chunking it everywhere until... as you can see from the picture he fell down the deck stairs. Still determined (and now dirty) he ran in to get his shotgun, but thankfully we had run out of shells. So, welcome to our crazy life. Enjoy!
