Earmuffs

Anna is cleaning out her room while she starts to pack for college. She's set to leave later in August. She dresses up along the way. Nice earmuffs. Girlie stuff everywhereeeee!

Stitches

Wes recently had to get stitches after a softball game. He came by today to have Dad take them out.

BYBC

Every night this week our church is having a Backyard Bible Club! A couple in the church opened up their backyard (actually it's the Model Home backyard of the subdivision that they live in!) The neighborhood is about 5 minutes from the church. Kent is on the left along with his fellow praise band people. It's always fun to rock out to some bible school songs. They have a trailer for their stage. Nice-n-country.

Silly String Attack

What are you supposed to do when the highlight of a trip comes 1 hour into the car ride? That's what happened with the trip to Georgia. It wasn't a massive attack by sister #1, but just enough to get sister #2 a little on the mad side (She had just washed her curly hair) She got over it pretty quickly though.
The trip (Monday-Tuesday) was to visit Grandma and we had our traditional dinner of take-out Chinese food.
Too bad the Doc wasn't there...this stuff could clog your heart.

Anna slept in the recliner because she wouldn't sleep with her married sister. Lame? Yes.

Melodica

Ben started out on the guitar, which he is still jamming on, but he's expanding his musical talents to the melodica. Rock on, man, rock on.

It might just look like the fam is hanging out at the table. ..But it's really an intense scrabble game!!
We should've known Mom was going to whoop us when she got 29 points on her first try.

Cool Girl

Along with graduation comes PRESENTS and a funny looking (but tasty) cake. She's now officially a cool college girl with her laptop.

Rewind

We forgot to dedicate a post to a very important event back in June... Anna's high school graduation! It was the longest graduation we've ever sat through. It's either this graduation or Dad's graduation from medical school, but at that one then we had barbies and other fun things to play with.
We caught Dad on the ipod touch during the ceremony. That's how long it was!

Dad's Hibiscus

One of Dad's patients gave him a Hibiscus plant a while back (Mom also gave him one too) and he's been tending to them for awhile. You've gotta enjoy them while you can because the bloom only lasts a day!

Answer

The picture from the last post is HAIR and it belongs to this guy. It's way too hot to have a fur coat on in the middle of summer. Plus, his fat lump probably packs in twice the amount of hair. Big thanks to Kent for the intense hair brushing session.
