Welcome to MOE'S
If you've never eaten at MOE'S you are missing out on the good things in life. They've got super huge burritos, tacos and a bunch of other stuff. A lot of food for not much $$. We miss the boys a ton, but this is one plus for having a small "regular family" now.. more take out!! We made sure to pig out tonight. Dad was there too, but the camera batteries died right before we took his picture.

Home Alone
We grew up with a pumpkin carving tradition every Halloween. Kent did not, but we have trained him over the past few years and he has learned fast! This was our 4th pumpkin carving. Before.... Okay you learn a lot about a person when you carve a pumpkin together. Like, "Are you really going to redo the drawing of the eyes 12 times just to get them perfectly the same?" or "When I turn my back are you going to fix everything I've just done?" Maybe Kent has a gotten a little too intense with carving :)
The finished product. We decided he was Kevin from Home Alone!!! Classic movie clip."AHHHHHH!"
Another reason to scream- Ben made a surprise visit home to watch his girlfriend in their Cheerleading competition. This picture was taken when Ben was trying to leave and Mom kept trying to get him to take a ton of gloves and wool hats back to college with him. She was unsuccessful.

You 'Da Man
You don't need to tell us twice. We always knew our Dad was a winner. He's been waiting for his "ship to come" in the mail. We always thought his ship was money to pay off his LOAD of loans from medical school. Little did he/we know that his ship was really his long over due, Fear Factor Award. That's right people.. he is one daring guy. Remember that 30 year High School Reunion back in September? He won the Fear Factor Award for having the most kids out of all the high school graduates. In our opinion 4 is not that much, but we'll gladly accept the trophy and certificate. Go Chuckie! You 'Da Man!!
Mom gave into peer pressure. At the age of 50. The church was giving flu shots yesterday. Mom was also there in the morning for Women's Bible Study. She brought her photo album from the wedding, which also happened to have Dad's High School picture in it too. Her friend RACHEL got a hold of it and had an idea.. they worked for many minutes. Do you notice anything odd about the following picture? The crazy church ladies taped Dad's picture to the Doc's head. It was still there later that night when Kait went for Junior High. You go girls.

Goodbye Childhood
We survived!! The wedding weekend was tons of fun and we have a lot of pictures to share. First we need to catch up from a few days before the wedding.
One of Wes' friends, Chris, let him borrow an old Super Nintendo. Wes and Ben used to get very caught up in video games when they were young and not much as changed since. When they are in the playing mode we expect to ask a question 5 or 6 times and wait about 3 minutes for a response. We had the FIRST EVER Parker Leave and Cleave Party last Wednesday. He always jumps at the chance to eat plain ol' cool whip

Hi, my name is Gullible
Mom told Anna that she had switched the rehearsal dinner to a "Theme Dinner" and we were all going to wear tacky Christmas sweaters. Anna went for it... she went for it bad. She ran up stairs flipping out and said "You can't let her DO that!!!" We were in on the whole thing and tried to explain to her that it would help lighten the stress level. We would've let it go on for a couple of days, but Mom finally told her she was joking. To which Anna responded, "Are you joking or did you just change your mind?" We have a goofy Mom, but thankfully not that goofy :)Mom received these beautiful flowers today from Ryan's Mom, Pat. Ryan is one of the groomsmen and he had a brother get married a while back, so they know how crazy the last week can be. Thanks for the love!

We have a new game
It is called... HOW CHUBBY CAN YOU GET BEFORE THE WEDDING?? or WHO WILL BUST OUT OF THEIR OUTFIT FIRST?? or JOIN THE CLUB IF YOU EMOTIONALLY EAT!!! Saturday night the gals had a girls night: pizza and a chickflick. Doesn't get much better than that.
But it didn't start at pizza, Mom brought home Krispy Kreme donuts Saturday morning. I think we each had 3. Today she made a batch of brownies.Saturday Dad(the BM..best man, that is) planned a guys day for Wes. They started the day with a game of golf, then met up with 3 of the groomsmen and went rock climbing. They finished the day grilling steaks!Who will win the game? We'll find out on Saturday...

What's goin on
"I think I can, I think I can, I think I can..."Future Dancing with the Stars couple? We found out Kait's shoes for the wedding make her a giant compared to Kent.. could make for an intersting dance at the reception. Since it's gotten so cool outside(okay, in the mid 80's at least) We are eating a lot of meals on the back porch and Chippers gets to sit with us. Last night Mom had him eat his dinner too. It was a fine cuisine made up of IAMS and a chewy(for dessert)
Make sure to check back soon for all of the fun pictures from the wedding weekend!!
