Kait got her first eye exam yesterday. After that Mom took her to Target to look at some kitchen door knobs. Usually Mom is the one always asking "What's this price?" or "How much does that cost?" because she doesn't have her ($5 Walmart) glasses with her. This time, because of the eye drops, Kait couldn't see anything up close so Mom had to read all the prices to her. It was a good thing Mom remembered her glasses or it would have been quite a scene. The wrap-around shades are pretty awesome.
What a nice guy. Wes must have been working around here. He stopped by and left a note! We have to give him props for the handwriting. It is pretty neat for a guy, don't you think?
We suffered long and hard to get Dad through medical school :) It is paying off though!! His patients bring him treats around Christmas time. Yesterday he got his first present- chocolate covered pecans. KEEP 'EM COMIN!
