Hunting for the perfect Christmas tree has always been a big deal. We each look around for a good tree and if we find one we call everyone together to vote on it. There has to be almost 100% agreement on the tree in order for it to pass. Most of the time a few people get so bored with looking at trees they'll agree to anything.

It took a good while to get all of the strands of lights to work. At the beginning we didn't have a single strand that lit up all the way.
The life of the party
Our 2007 Christmas tree! We've gotta admit, we've seen better years, but Mom said this tree needed loving. It's kind of like those ugly dogs at the pound. Every dog needs a home.
Maybe we'll go for the 9 footer next year?
