The naked cake

This crumb layer is dedicated to Robin, the cake mentor.

Dad made the icing turn green...super green.

Dad & Kait have matching foreheads and noses!

The grass is a bit chunky... picked the wrong icing tip.

Throw in some yard lines & here's the finished product!

The cakes was supposed to be eaten by the youth group, but there was a ton of food at the super bowl party. Instead, 21 3rd graders (and 1 teacher) chowed down on it on Monday afternoon. The thing that thrilled them the most was that they had to use their hands.
